Usveree is a platform where you create an AI assistant that answers your clients in messengers on your behalf. Describe your business or share your website link — the service drafts an assistant with prompts; then connect a channel and an AI, and the assistant starts answering for you 24/7. ▸ Which messengers are supported?

Telegram, VK and WhatsApp. Telegram connects via QR code or phone number, WhatsApp via QR code, VK via a community access key (a personal VK page cannot be connected: VK no longer issues third-party apps tokens with access to messages). You connect the channels yourself in the dashboard in a few minutes.▮

▸ Is it a bot, or do messages come from my account?

In Telegram and WhatsApp replies are sent from your own account (UserBot technology), not from a separate bot — for the client it looks like a normal conversation with you. VK works differently: replies are sent on behalf of your community. You set the prompts and rules: when to reply, in which chats and how. In Telegram the assistant can also leave its own short comments under channel posts — but only in the channels you enable yourself, with daily limits and manual approval by default. Messenger connection credentials (tokens, session data) are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), data in transit is protected by TLS, passwords are stored only as hashes. Personal data is processed under Russian law 152-FZ; see the Privacy Policy for details. Conversations are shown in your dashboard; to generate replies, messages are processed by AI as described in the policy.▮

▸ Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes: answers are generated automatically by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You control quality with prompts, presets and rules, see every conversation and can step in at any moment. Responsibility for messages sent on your behalf stays with you — this is stated in the public offer.▮

▸ Can I turn the assistant off at any time?

Yes. Billing is hourly and only while the agent is running: stop the agent and charges stop. There is no subscription or minimum period; the unused wallet balance (except bonus funds) is refunded on request to support@usveree.ru.▮

Yes: it recognizes images and transcribes voice messages, then answers based on their content. It also remembers the conversation context and builds daily AI summaries of every dialog.▮
